I was referred to Scarlett and her amazing team by my financial advisor. She called me one day and said, “I noticed you haven’t sold your home, you should call Scarlett”. I told her I’m so deflated because our house was listed for 92 days and only four people came through during all that time. She simply repeated “call Scarlett”. I have to say that the experience listing my home with Scarlett was completely different right from the onset. There was an optimistic energy that was based in reality. I followed her prep list to the letter and was ready for her team a week later when they arrived to ready our home for market. It was pretty painless. They didn’t try to change the vibe of the house, and instead they worked with and augmented it to showcase to its fullest potential.
